How enquiries and website technical data are handled.
Last updated: 1 November 2026.
Enquiries
NEKYIA PATHOLOGY CONSULTING is responsible for the personal information you send when you enquire about its services. This may include your name, professional contact details, organisation and message. It is used to reply, discuss your project and prepare or perform requested services.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing that contract, or the legitimate interest in responding to other professional correspondence.
Email links open your own email application; this website has no contact form. An initial description is sufficient. Confidential study material can be shared through an agreed transfer route.
Service providers and technical data
Enquiry email is handled through Google Workspace. ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and its technical hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, process connection and technical data needed to deliver and secure the website.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their data-protection terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards: Google Workspace, ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. OpenAI also publishes its infrastructure provider list.
I do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this website. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms needed for delivery and security; this is separate from advertising or audience measurement.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Records needed for contractual, accounting or legal obligations, or for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, are retained or archived for those purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your information, and portability or object to processing where applicable, by emailing brieuc@nekyiapathology.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Company identification and postal contact details are available in the legal notice.
